[C]ONCORD AVG TR P XV Concordia seated l. on throne, holding patera in extended r. hand and resting l. arm on statuette of Spes; cornucopiae under seat. In exergue, COS III. C 30. BMC 3 var. (draped and cuirassed). RIC 6 var. (cuirassed). Good extremely fine.
Note : He was the last of the rulers known as the Five Good Emperors (a term coined some 13 centuries later by Niccol? Machiavelli), and the last emperor of the Pax Romana, an age of relative peace and stability for the Roman Empire lasting from 27 BC to 180 AD.
