Denomination: Cut fractional Mohars – 5 Petal – 1 Sho (denomination of Tibetan coin which is the largest denomination with 5 petals),
There are only three denominations that were in circulation in Autonomous region of Tibet which were created from hand cutting the silver Mohur of Nepal, 1 Sho (5 Petals), 7 1/2 Skar (4 Petals) & 3 Skar (3 Petals).

P.S: All these specimens were trimmed around the edges with central parts cut out & some others with corners also removed.
This is an extremely rare specimen of Nepal which was used as a currency in the Autonomous Region of Tibet. These coins are hand cut & a new denomination was created for circulation & use in Tibet. These specimens were issued in Nepal by two Nepali Kings Pratap Simha as well as Jaya Prakasha Malla for circulation in the autonomous region of Tibet where it was often cut for use as small fractional denomination. It is called hand clipped coins (Fraction of Mohars). “SAVE HERITAGE SAVE COINS”
